Mark Philip “Mack” Comandante is a globally recognized innovation strategist, venture builder, and sales & supply chain expert with over 20 years of leadership experience across legacy corporations and startup ecosystems.

As President and COO of Revv-EVODINE Venture Studio, Mack leads the charge in designing investable ventures, embedding innovation capability within Fast Logistics, and driving transformational growth.

A recipient of the ExO Global Consulting Award (1st Prize, 2021), Mack has been instrumental in shaping the innovation strategies. He is widely respected for his ability to architect agile, data-driven operations, implement sustainability practices, and align strategic innovation with long-term business value. He is recognized as an ExO Ambassador because of his contributions in helping legacy organizations adapt, in building edge businesses, and in accelerating innovation.

Mack is the founder of Exoasia Innovation Hub, a key enabler of the Philippine innovation ecosystem, supporting national initiatives such as the Startup Act and mentoring startups across the country.

He has coached and trained over 30,000 entrepreneurs and leaders across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, the US, France, and the UK, and continues to certify venture builders through the EVODINE (Evidenced-based Outcome-driven and Investable Enterprise) framework.

Beyond his leadership in innovation, Mack is founder/co-founder of multiple ventures—including EVODINE Company Builder, wAiz (AI-powered innovation platform), Kembaq (SME loyalty platform), Game Changer Funnel (Digital Marketing and CRM Platform) and the Angel Network of the Philippines, where he mentors angel investors and accelerates early-stage funding.

He continues to collaborate with over 30+ TBIs across the country in cooperation with DICT, DOST, and DTI. Mack serves as a consultant for USTP, a mentor for UPSCALE of the University of the Philippines, Diliman, ADU Nest of Adamson University, etc.

His passion in helping people has led him to build Success Academy Learning Solutions LLC allowing him personally coach and train leaders and entrepreneurs from around the world helping them increase their influence, impact, and income.

He has created a portfolio of human and business development programs such as Creating Your Signature Talk, Owning the Stage, Marketing and Sales Bootcamp, Business Launch Challenge, Business Accelerator Mastermind, Life Mastery Accelerator, and Scale Up Coach.

Mack is recognized as a community builder and convenor. He is instrumental in setting up the CIO Philippines and the Supply Chain Block Chain Community (LINK).

He was president of the Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines and served in the board of directors for 4 years.

A strategist by design, Mack holds advanced executive education in Business Economics (UA&P) and he is currently taking up Chief AI and Digital Officer from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). He is a frequent keynote speaker, startup mentor, and advocate for Exponential Breakthrough ™ thinking, ecosystem collaboration, and evidence-based entrepreneurship.
